What are the payment methods?
We accept most payment methods thanks to our website host (Shopify) PayPal and most standard credit/ Visa/ Visa debit cards should work fine.
I’d like to return/ exchange my purchase! What should I do
Simply drop us a message via the ‘Get in touch’ page and we will get in touch to make arrangements with you.
Are your products eco friendly?
All of our products contain recycled materials (some as much as 100%) for full information on this we advise you check the tags inside your products.
The item I want is out of stock! What should I do?
HANG ON! During busy periods some products can be out of stock due to high demand, rest assured all of your favourite items will be back in stock soon.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class and usually arrive within 2-4 days.
Aftercare for my purchase, how should I look after it?
Your product will give washing instructions on the tags inside, aside from that - we do recommend hand wash only and using cold water for best results as some delicate fabrics can become damaged on a general wash
Do you ship abroad
YES! We ship to most countries across the globe however there can be extra charges for obvious reasons, this will be stated and the cost made clear at checkout. (Currently not working while costs are calculated)
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Not right now as we’re still a fairly new company however it’s something we hope to have up and running soon.
